Please take note of our Terms and Conditions.  As much as we do respect you, as our guest, we ask that you also respect us as well as our properties.

We have a very strict policy with regards to using foul language or any kind of harassment (verbally or physically) towards any of the staff.  You will have 15 minutes to remove yourself from our property.  This is NOT negotiable.  We have respect for you, you have respect for our staff.

Check-out time weekdays: 09h00

Check-out time weekends: 10h00

CANCELLATION:

7 days or less before arrival = 100 % (of booking total)

8-14 days before arrival = 50 % (of deposit)

15-21 days before arrival = 25 % (of deposit)

CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Weekdays 9h00

Weekends 10h00 

Please note that you will be charged R250 for every hour that you have not checked out, if you have not made prior arrangements.

BREAKFAST:

Weekdays: 6:00-8:00

Weekends: 7:00-9:00.

RESTAURANT OPERATING HOURS (Restaurant is at Maroela Lodge, 9 Maroela Street)

We can do deliveries between 17:00 and 18:30.  Please place your order in time and write in the comment section if you would like your food to be delivered.

Kitchen times:

Mon-Thu - 12:00-20:0 (kitchen closes at 19:45)

Fri – 12:00-20:30 (kitchen closes at 20:15)

Saturdays – Currently we will not be open

Sundays –  17:30-20:30 (kitchen closes at 19:15)

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Dinner will be served in our restaurant.  A-la-Carte menu is available. 

No eating in the rooms will be allowed. No room service and no collection of food to eat in your room.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE:

-after 8pm during week days OR after 18:30 on a Sunday-

You are welcome to collect your food in the restaurant at the dedicated area in the fridge where there will be a microwave oven available to warm up your food.  You can eat in the restaurant and are not allowed to eat in your room.  Will you kindly put your plate, cutlery in the dedicated area.

Please let us know the day before check-in if you have any special dietary requirements.  We will not be held responsible if you only notify us by the time, you have your meal.

If you do stay at one of our properties and you would rather eat at our restaurant, you are more than welcome.  All you do is, place your order with your room of flat number and property name and we will be happy to prepare your order for you.

Here is how it works with our A-la-Carte Menu:

Guests will have a set amount which is determined by your company,  to spend on a meal and drinks from our A-la-Carte menu.  No take-aways will be allowed.  No refunds will be given.

​NOISE:  Noise reduction from 20:30.  No noise, loud music or parties in the parking area.

​

WASHING: We will gladly do your washing.  Please see booklet in your room for charges.

​​

SMOKING: All our rooms are non-smoking.  Please use dedicated areas.  The restaurant deck area is our non-smoking area.  You will be fined R1000.00 if smoking in a non-designated area.

INVERTER SYSTEM:

Some of the rooms are on our inverter system.  Please note that during loadshedding you will not be able to use your aircon and minimal use of kettles would be appreciated.​​​​

WIFI PASSWORD:

Will be given on request or you will find it in the booklet in your room.

​​

BREAKAGES:

Note that you will be responsible for any breakages and will be charged accordingly
